A small studio, and no account managers

We build custom websites for local service businesses - hotels and short-stay, auto services, security installers, restaurants and cafes. Over fifty client sites are live; a selection of them is written up here. The studio is in Kosovo and works with US clients across Eastern hours, which we state plainly rather than implying an office we do not have.

What we are good at

Two things, specifically. The first is making a site fast - we build pages as finished files served from a CDN, with no framework runtime to download and nothing assembled when the request arrives, which matters because people comparing options leave the slowest tab. The second is structured data: telling search engines exactly what your menu, rooms, services, hours and reviews are, so they can appear as rich results rather than as a blue link.

That second one is unglamorous and most studios skip it. Across our builds we shipRestaurant, Menu, MenuItem, OrderAction,LodgingBusiness, HotelRoom, CafeOrCoffeeShop,LocalBusiness, AutoRepair, Service,FAQPage and AggregateRating markup, as one linked graph per page, validated before launch.

How a project runs

A call, then a written quote with a fixed price and a launch date. If you accept, we agree the page structure before any design happens, because the structure is what decides whether the site can rank. Then design, then build, then a round of changes, then launch.

You see the site on a real URL throughout, not in screenshots. Nothing is hidden until a big reveal.

What the arrangement actually is

You pay once, for the work. We build the site, host it, keep it online and make small changes free of charge when you email us. There is no monthly fee, no contract and no commission on anything you sell through it.

We are straight about the trade-off. You do not administer the hosting and there is no dashboard to log into, so changes come through us rather than happening at midnight. In exchange there is nothing for you to run, renew or be upsold. If you would rather hold the keys yourself, say so and we will tell you honestly whether a website builder suits you better, and we would rather lose the job than sell you an arrangement that does not fit how you work.

Being straight about proof

The work shown here is real and live. What we do not publish is before-and-after revenue or booking figures, or page-speed numbers we cannot reproduce on demand. This site carried a set of load times until we tried to re-measure them and got results varying by a factor of twenty on the same URL, so we took them down rather than leave a number up that would not survive being checked. When we have figures from a proper measurement tool, they will go back with the method and the date attached.

Questions we get asked

Where are you based?

The studio is in Kosovo and works with clients in the United States. The contracting entity is InnovX L.L.C., registered in the Republic of Kosovo. We overlap US Eastern hours and say this plainly rather than implying a US office we do not have. If you want someone who can walk into your building, we are not the right fit and will tell you so.

Does it matter that the studio is not in the US?

For building and running a website, not really - the work is remote either way. It matters for two things: photography, where you will need a local photographer, and anything needing a physical presence. We will flag both before you commit rather than after.

Who actually does the work?

The same person who answers the phone. There is no account manager layer and no handoff to a different team after you sign. That is the main practical difference between a studio this size and an agency.

What do you not do?

We do not run ad campaigns, write ongoing social content, or take on sites we did not build for maintenance-only work. We also do not build on website platforms that charge per order, because that is the thing we are usually hired to get people off.
